Description

Naturally bold, fermented wild — a taste shaped by tradition and terroir

Grown in the heart of Brazil, this Yellow Bourbon coffee is the result of generations of knowledge and hands-on care. Farmers use a natural process with anaerobic fermentation, drying the whole cherry intact to let nature do its work—developing deep sweetness, vibrant fruit notes, and a full-bodied cup.

This method isn’t just about flavor—it’s about honoring local practices and trusting the land. Each batch reflects the skill of small-scale growers who stay involved from harvest to drying, crafting coffee that’s as rich in story as it is in taste.

Wild Brazil is light roast coffee. Expect medium acidity, full body, high sweetness. Tasting Notes: Mango, Cherry, Vanilla
Roast: Light Body: Full Process: Anaerobic Fermentation
Varietal: Yellow Bourbon

Origin: Minas Gerais, Brazil
