Description

Brazil Yellow Bourbon Pulped Natural

Our Brazil Yellow Bourbon is a beautifully balanced light-medium roast. Yellow Bourbon is a coffee variety whose cherries ripen yellow instead of red, and it’s known for a sweet, silky cup. Expect notes of stone fruit, raisin, caramel, praline and chocolate, brought out by the pulped natural process.

In the pulped natural process, the cherry’s skin is removed and the beans dry with some of the sweet fruit still on them. It’s a process known for adding sweetness and body, and this cup is smooth and layered, with a silky finish.
