The first impression is a citrus acidity that brings to mind citrus fruit, specifically orange; as it develops on the taste buds, it turns sweet, with a pronounced note of ripe peach that gives the palate incredible juiciness. The finish has a pleasant, gentle bitterness, with a cola sensation that brings balance to the cup.
