El Salvador Finca Marina Cumbre (Whole Bean Coffee) 250 g

Specialty coffee from El Salvador, which we roasted with brewing in a moka pot, espresso machine, or French press in mind. These beans are processed using the classic washed method and come from Marina Cumbre farm in the Cordillera de Balsamo region of El Salvador.

This beautifully balanced brew brings to mind notes of caramel, black currant, and milk chocolate. It works great as a base for classic Americano. 

Cordillera de Balsamo is located in the western part of the country, several dozen kilometers west of El Salvador's capital, in the departments of Sonsonate and La Libertad. Finca Marina Cumbre is situated at the summit of the mountain range and has 30 hectares of coffee plantations. The farm is home to three main coffee varieties: Bourbon, Pacamara, and Icatu. Marina Cumbre has focused on producing specialty coffees and works with Sociedad Cooperativa de Caficultores Siglo XXI to improve agronomy and coffee processing techniques.
