In the cup

The story

The Janson family has grown coffee for three generations between Volcán and Cerro Punta, on nutrient-rich volcanic soils, using natural composting and reforestation. The cherries from this lot are picked only when they reach a uniform dark red color, hand-sorted, naturally fermented under controlled temperature and humidity, and slowly dried on raised beds.

Competition-level freshness

All Over Your Limits coffees are stored green, vacuum-sealed, and in the freezer, the same technique used for competition coffees, and we roast them only when you place your order. The cold stops green beans from aging and protects their sugars, acidity, and aromas: this way, each lot reaches your cup with the same profile it had the day we first tasted it, even months after harvest.

Why Over Your Limits

Because it offers the sweetness of Panamanian Gesha without overdoing it: fruit, precision, and a silky body.
