Description

A sweet, syrupy natural Gesha: strawberry, melon, and blood orange, with a violet finish.

In the cup

Strawberry and melon emerge with the first sip, followed by peach and blood orange in a juicy, rounded interplay. The sweetness is syrupy and velvety, with a floral trace of violet lingering in the finish. Every temperature reveals a new nuance.

Perfect if…

  • you love sweet, fruity coffees with a rounded body;
  • you’re looking for an elegant, not extreme, natural Gesha;
  • you want a coffee to savor slowly, sip by sip.

The story

From the same finca as Los Lajones 21B, on the slopes of Volcán Barú. Graciano Cruz works without using water: the whole cherries are spread out on raised beds and sun-dried for more than twenty days, turned several times a day and covered at night. This slow process builds a sweet, layered profile.

Competition-level freshness

All Over Your Limits coffees are stored green, vacuum-sealed, and in the freezer, the same technique used for competition coffees, and we roast them only when you place your order. The cold stops green coffee beans from aging and protects their sugars, acidity, and aromas: this way, each lot reaches your cup with the same profile it had the day we first tasted it, even months after harvest.

Why Over Your Limits

Because it’s the sweetness of a natural coffee in its most elegant form.
