LINN ENTKOFFEINIERTER BIO Espresso

This coffee is a blend from 16 different producers in the northern part of the Triunfo reserve in Chiapas, Mexico. Most producers contribute between 12 and 13 bags of coffee to make this lot. The coffees are selected based on their cup profile and decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process at the Descamex facility in Mexico. Since decaffeination changes the coffee’s composition and cell structure, oils can emerge after some time, even with lighter roast profiles. We therefore recommend not storing the coffee for too long.
