Description

Our Colombia Excelso Decaf coffee beans offer a delicious, caffeine-free experience that doesn’t compromise on flavour. These beans come from Latin America’s first decaffeination plant, established in Córdoba, Veracruz, in 1983. Known globally for its dedication to quality and innovation, this facility uses the unique Mountain Water Process to decaffeinate beans without chemicals.

The Mountain Water Process relies on pure, glacier-fed water from Mexico’s highest mountain, Pico de Orizaba (Citlaltépetl). This gentle, natural method removes caffeine while preserving the beans' rich flavour compounds. Each small batch is carefully decaffeinated to be 99.9% caffeine-free, resulting in a coffee that’s flavourful and satisfying.

Flavour Profile: Expect a clean, bright taste with a full, lingering body. These Colombia Decaf coffee beans offer a honey-like sweetness and a touch of tartness, perfect for those looking for a bold, flavourful decaf option.
