Description
TIM is a light roast made from
Caturra/Colombia from Huila, Colombia.
The coffee grows near the city of Garzon
at 1600m and is fermented for 20
hours after harvest. The coffee is
dried for 15-18 hours.
We roast the coffee for a total of 9:20
minutes to a fairly light Light Roast
(Tonino 114).
Brewing tip – Chemex:
Coffee: 28 g
Water: 400 ml
Temperature: 94°C
Brew time: 4:00 min
