Description
This coffee comes from the Minas Gerais region of Brazil. It’s a vast area where more than half of the country’s entire coffee production is grown. Carefully selected beans from organic farms ensure a consistent flavor throughout the season. The bag contains a blend of the Catuai, Mundo Novo, Tupi, and Rubi botanical varieties. Like almost all coffees from Brazil, this one is naturally processed. The sun-dried cherries, along with the pulp surrounding the beans, are carefully turned until they reach the right moisture level, then moved on to the next processing stage. This method gives the coffee plenty of sweetness and makes it ideal for espresso roasting.
This coffee is certified organic by the EU and BIO.

A coffee flavor you’ll come back to
Our customers often tell us that since they started drinking our coffees, the popular coffees they used to buy no longer taste good to them. Their sensory complexity opens up a world of flavor and aroma they want to return to. We then invite them to discover new experiences in our wide selection. Each coffee has its own distinctive flavor characteristics, shaped by where it’s grown. This is known as TERROIR—the soil type, weather, and climate characteristic of a particular area, annual rainfall, and growing altitude. All these factors give coffees from different regions their unique flavors. We know how to bring out those flavors through a roasting approach we’ve perfected over many years.
Artisanal bean roasting
What sets us apart from industrial coffee roasters is first and foremost the quality of our green coffee and our roasting approach. We roast our coffees at low temperatures in drum roasters, then cool them with ambient air after roasting (rather than water, as industrial roasters do). This allows us to bring out the coffees’ best sensory qualities, rich flavors, and unique aromas. We use specialized software throughout the process that contains our roasting recipes for each coffee. These are roast profiles that our Roaster has refined over the years. This ensures that every time you reach for our coffee, its flavor will be excellent and consistent.
Trusted green coffee suppliers
Over the years, we’ve met some wonderful people in the coffee industry, including both coffee-trading companies and farmers themselves. We choose to work only with suppliers for whom quality is the top priority. Transparency and fairness matter to us, too. That’s why we decided to join the fair trade organization Fairtrade. Before each shipment, we know exactly where the beans come from, their quality, which harvest they’re from, and their tasting profile. We’re interested only in premium and specialty-grade beans of the highest quality. Each batch of green coffee that arrives at our roastery is evaluated, and its moisture level is tested. This ensures we provide excellent-quality coffee.
Eco-friendly coffee packaging
All our coffees are packed in special bags fitted with a valve that releases gas from the beans. The bags also have an easy-open feature and a resealable zipper. This helps the coffee stay fresh long after the bag is opened. Coffees are roasted on an ongoing basis. The packaging includes all the information you need about the beans’ origin, tasting profile, recommended brewing method, and roast date for each batch. This makes it easier for you to choose the right coffee.
