Johner Delgado - Peruvian Washed Gesha

We've been buying coffee from Johner for over five years. He and his family produce all of the coffee for our Cajamarca coffee. They own a farm sprawling on the hills of Haubal and a wet mill that produces consistently sweet and buttery coffees. Johner watched the rise of the Gesha variety and decided to give it a try on his farm. It's a delicate, floral coffee variety that grows well in high altitudes.

Peru has some of the greatest coffee potential we've seen. Haubal is nestled into the mountainous region of Cajamarca. The Andes Mountains shape the area and provide unique growing conditions that are prime for coffee cultivation. We've been blown away by the quality of coffee coming from Cajamarca.
