Holy Moly – Espresso Blend

With our third house blend, we dared to bring a little more Robusta into the mix to create a coffee that will be especially interesting to customers with automatic coffee machines, moka pots, and espresso machines who love a bold, complex coffee. As an espresso, this coffee is a real pick-me-up, and it’s an exceptionally well-balanced experience in the cup, especially with milk.

The Roast

Holy Moly in the drum

At our roastery, we process only carefully selected coffees that are sourced sustainably and fairly. Because without a healthy environment and satisfied farmers, there can be no good coffee for our customers and guests.

We roast all our coffees gently at around 200 °C in our 15-kilo drum roaster to create the best flavor experience for you. We draw on all our experience to find the perfect balance between the fruity nuances and wonderful aromas of the coffee cherry during roasting.

Only when we’re satisfied with the result does the coffee reach your hands and cups.
