SHINE MUSCAT, LYCHEE, GOLD KIWI, WHITE WINE

A clean, transparent sweetness that lingers. It is hard to say whether this cup is grape or tropical fruit, because the impressions of several fruits overlap. Shine muscat brings the freshness of green grape together with the sweetness of mango, while lychee adds that juicy burst of clear fruit. A little kiwi acidity flickers through the green notes, but softer and sweeter, closer to a ripe gold kiwi. Every sip feels like looking into a basket of fruit in the sun: bright and clear.

WHAT IS SUPER NATURAL?

Fermentation runs for 36 to 48 hours, and drying is stretched out to nearly a month. With such a long, slow drying period, moisture leaves the beans evenly and changes inside the green coffee happen gradually. The aim of the super natural process is to age the green coffee in a more controlled way.

We recommend it if you love natural coffees, or if you want to explore different processing methods. Ethiopian naturals usually bring berry and grape notes in red and purple tones. Super natural is where you can enjoy a greener, brighter colour that only this process can express.
