A NEW EXPERIENCE WITH MEDIUM DARK ROASTING

Just as good ingredients are necessary for a delicious dish, good green beans are essential for delicious coffee. To embody Black Suit's core values, we consistently test green beans from various origins. The current lineup is as follows:

- Brazil 60% expresses roasted nut and chocolate flavors.
- Colombia 25% complements the sweetness and adds a slight acidity.
- Ethiopia 15% is responsible for the complexity that adds a subtle difference to the aroma and taste.

Selected green beans are roasted to a medium-dark level using a hot-air Loring S70 roaster. Through the Black Suit, you will be able to experience the distinctiveness of Bean Brothers' roasting.
