DARK CHOCOLATE, CARAMEL, DRIED BLACK CHERRIES
The same decaffeinated beans were roasted slightly darker. It is sweet and bitter like heavy dark chocolate, evoking the scent of boiled caramel. The subtle acidity brings to mind black cherries, known for their rich sweetness. With a tone that feels calmer from being dried rather than fresh fruit, the flavors are diverse yet deep.
This coffee has over 99.97% of its caffeine removed using ethyl acetate extracted from sugarcane, characterized by its preservation of the green beans' natural aroma compared to other decaffeination processes. We recommend this to those who enjoy standard decaffeinated beans but are looking for a coffee with less acidity and a fuller body. It has been roasted to a "70" level within our blend. Enjoy this sweet and slightly bitter dark roast coffee without worrying about caffeine.
