Taste and character

Puro tastes mild and smooth, with milk chocolate and almond notes rounded out by a subtle spice of cardamom. It has a soft, balanced body.

Origin

The blend consists of Santos Tristar from Brazil (60%, Bourbon and Mundo Novo, pulped natural), Pancoer Estate in East Java, Indonesia (20%, Typica, washed), and El Gigante in Nuevo Oriente, Guatemala (20%, Catuaí, washed).

Preparation

Espresso Puro is suitable for an espresso machine, automatic coffee maker, or moka pot, both on its own and in milk drinks. Our double-shot recipe: 19 g coffee, 40 g espresso, 93–94 °C, 30–32 seconds.
