This coffee is the result of a collaborative effort between our green coffee partners at Unblended and a group of innovative producers in The Young Producer Program in Colombia. Made up of numerous small experimental lots, this blend delivers a consistently delicious cup that balances bright strawberry notes, creamy chocolate sweetness, and a delicate citrusy finish.

The Young Producer Program is a cooperative program that pairs seasoned producers with young mentees who are pursuing their passion for specialty coffee. This initiative allows young producers to learn from and experiment with successful coffee farmers, blending their small, experimental batches with larger lots from the mentors’ farmers – which ensures those experimental lots have a home.

Whether you brew it as a pour over, pull it as an espresso, or enjoy it as a black coffee, this offering delivers clarity, sweetness, and complexity in every sip.
