Description

Grown by Jairo Arcila at Santa Mónica farm, in the heart of Quindío, this Caturra reflects the care devoted to every stage of processing. The cherries undergo 30 hours of anaerobic fermentation in water, followed by a careful wash and slow sun-drying.

In the cup, it’s a bright, elegant coffee, with lively mandarin acidity, sweetness reminiscent of stone fruit and cane sugar, and a smooth, lingering finish of cacao nibs.

Tasting notes: Stone fruit, cane sugar, mandarin, and cacao nibs.
