Brazil Oberon Ayabas joined our regular lineup in 2023, and we’re excited to share this exceptional light roast from the Cerrado Mineiro region. Named “Ayabas” after the Yoruba word for goddesses, this coffee honors the cultural heritage brought to Brazil while delivering outstanding flavor in every cup.

This fully traceable coffee features rich dark chocolate and creamy peanut butter notes balanced by bright red fruit and subtle caramel sweetness. The light roast preserves the bean’s natural characteristics, creating a bright, creamy body with gentle citric acidity that makes it approachable for any coffee drinker.

What makes Ayabas special is its complete traceability through Brazil’s first Designation of Origin program. Every bag includes details about the specific farms where it was grown, from Fazenda Santa Luzia’s high-altitude terroir to Guima Estate’s environmentally focused practices. This transparency ensures consistent quality and supports the dedicated producers who craft this exceptional coffee.
