Sweet, smooth and unlike anything else in our lineup. Super Bloom is a light roast blend built around one idea: what happens when two naturally processed coffees meet in the same cup? The answer is comfort food in coffee form, the same easy cup every time you brew it.

Brazil lays the foundation: a full natural coffee graded Strictly Soft, Fine Cup (SS FC 15/16) that brings deep sweetness and a soft malt body, the peanut-butter half of the blend. Bali brings the brightness: a full natural lot from the Kintamani Highlands, grown by farmers of the Subak Abian cooperative in Mount Agung's volcanic soil and dried whole-cherry on raised beds.

That Bali fruit opens the cup with the strawberry-jelly note that makes Super Bloom instantly recognizable, while the Brazil keeps it round and grounded. It pulls a remarkably sweet espresso and blooms beautifully in a slow V60.
