Bold without the bitterness. The Ninth is our signature dark roast blend: two complementary origins roasted into one smooth, dependable cup. It's the coffee we build mornings around. It tastes the same from your first bag to your fiftieth, whether you pull it as espresso, steep it as cold brew or brew a full pot.

Brazil lays the foundation: a full natural coffee, dried inside the whole cherry and graded Strictly Soft, Fine Cup (SS FC 15/16), the highest cup category in Brazilian grading. Colombia brings the lift: a fully washed Excelso of Caturra, Castillo and Typica, sorted to European Preparation (EP) standards for a clean, sweet cup.

Together they pour like dark chocolate and sweet cream, with a quiet red-cherry brightness that keeps a dark roast from going flat. No harsh edges, no burnt aftertaste: just a rich, layered cup that loves milk and holds its own black.
