BRASILIEN Fazenda Santo André – Rafael Jacob | Moderner Espresso & Kaffee | Single Origin

This coffee comes from our friend Rafael, who grows organic coffee in Brazil. He took over the farm from his father, who transformed a cattle ranch into a coffee farm. After taking over, he immediately switched to organic farming, and now grows excellent organic coffees, processing them as naturals or pulped naturals. Our friends in Kiel met Rafael and built a relationship with him a few years ago. That’s why Loppo Kaffee handles the import. Marcel met Rafael on a trip they took together to Colombia in 2025, and that’s how we came to want some of Rafael’s coffee for you, too :) This year, Marcel will travel to Brazil to visit Rafael and Coopfam, and ferment coffee together with Rafael :) 
Soon, Coopfam Brasilien will be back alongside Rafael’s coffee.

This coffee is perfect as a chocolatey, creamy espresso or as an everyday filter coffee.
