A pulped natural Arabica from Brazil that we can offer directly in collaboration with Niklas. Fazienda São Domingues, owned by Marco and Maria Guardabaxo since 2006, has a growing area of 140 hectares.

After the farm was purchased in 2006, extensive renovations were carried out to expand and improve the cultivation of well-known coffee varieties suited to the region. São Domingos' state-of-the-art facilities are run by Ivan Cirino, the farm manager, and Lucas Galdino Cirino, the head of coffee processing, together with their professional and dedicated team of farmers. Niklas and his team purchase the coffee beans at a premium of 25% above the market price to ensure the farm team receives fair compensation for their excellent work.

The beans have an unusual sweetness for Brazilian coffees, and thus a mildness that comes through beautifully even with City + and Full City roasts, like the ones we love for Muni espresso beans. This gives them a very clear and intense flavor profile, entirely free of the woody notes often found in commercial beans.
