One coffee, three designs, inspired by the diversity, creativity, and unmistakable character of this city.

🐻 Bossy – the cool Berliner with style
🐻 Atze – the friendly neighborhood buddy
🐻 Kinky – the rebellious, edgy character

About the farm:

Marysabel and Moises of Finca El Puente are among the best-known producers in Honduras and stand for uncompromising quality and sustainable farming methods.

Their success is built on precision, passion, and transparency: Every activity on the farm is documented, and every decision is guided by quality.

The two continually invest in new technologies and regularly plant new varieties to continually refine the flavor profiles of their coffees.

Harvest & sorting
The ripe coffee cherries are hand-picked and sorted during the harvest. Pickers receive additional compensation for separating ripe and unripe cherries on the spot.

Drying
The coffees are slowly and gently dried on raised beds under shade nets in Marcala, where the climate is drier than in the highlands. Throughout the process, the beans are turned regularly and covered at night to prevent condensation.

After drying, they are stored in airtight GrainPro bags before being vacuum-packed and shipped to Europe.

The results speak for themselves! This exceptional coffee bean, with its delicious flavors, was rated 88 points by the SCA, an excellent score!

Berlin Special Filter is a real treat and a special coffee experience we're very proud to have discovered.

Since this is a limited release, we recommend not waiting too long to try it!
