Honduras SHG – blackberries, vanilla, and rum
A coffee for those who love fruity flavors complemented by a note of rum. Honduras SHG brings a sweet profile to the cup, with hints of rum that bring dessert to mind.
Grown at elevations between 1,100 and 1,650 m, this 100% Arabica coffee comes from producers in the COCAFELOL cooperative, an organization that has supported farmers in Honduras since 2000. The cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness and processed using the washed method.
The cooperative encourages sustainable farming practices, including turning coffee-processing waste into organic fertilizer for its members’ farms.
