ASMUCAFE, or the Asociación de Mujeres Agropecuarias de Uribe, is an association of smallholder women farmers in El Tambo, a municipality in Cauca, Colombia. The women's mission is to improve their families' living conditions through coffee farming and to make a positive contribution to their community. In this way, they strengthen collaboration and share important resources, knowledge, and support. Their work is guided by values such as responsibility, honesty, commitment, respect, solidarity, and competitiveness.

The coffee, made up of the Castillo and Colombia varieties, undergoes a special double fermentation. First, the cherries are fermented in loading hoppers for fourteen hours, then the pulp is removed. This is followed by a second fermentation in the open fermentation tanks traditional in Colombia. The cherries are then washed three to four times and dried in the sun and in drying tunnels for eight to twelve days.
