VICCI MOCCA (staubfein gemahlen)

Our Vicci Mocca is a mocha coffee with a unique aroma and flavor. We have created an authentic, oriental-style blend from carefully selected Arabica beans. The coffee beans are gently roasted, ground to a fine powder in a special grinder, and then packaged as quickly as possible! This helps preserve the coffee’s natural aromas and the ingredients that give it its characteristic flavor.

We offer this coffee only pre-ground, since the grind plays a significant role in preparing mocha coffee correctly.

Put the coffee and sugar in the cezve (a small, long-handled pot designed specifically for coffee). Measure the water using the cup (which should be a little smaller than an espresso cup) and add it. Stir and warm slowly over low heat. The coffee will slowly begin to foam. Pour the foam into the small cup and continue heating. As soon as it starts to simmer, slowly pour it into the cup so the foam is not lost. The foamier, the better. Be sure to serve a glass of water with the coffee. Drink a sip of water before the coffee to rinse away any lingering flavors so you can enjoy the coffee. Drink the remaining water after the coffee. Turkish coffee is served sweet, medium-sweet, or unsweetened.
