Malabar Sona coffee is velvety soft on the palate and very body-hugging. By nature, Indian beans have a lot of flavors and very little acid. A tolerable and organic delight. Only fully ripe highland beans from India are carefully picked by hand and professionally long-term roasted at low temperatures: for an overwhelming fullness of aroma.
