Sidama

Featuring vibrant blueberry, sweet honey, and notes of peach and cocoa, Sidama is a fantastic upgrade for your daily drinker. We love brewing it with filter methods such as a drip pot, pourover, or Aeropress to bring out the clean, layered fruit flavors in every cup. A French Press will highlight its deeper cocoa richness and honey sweetness, while a well-tuned espresso reveals a balanced mix of blueberry and peach with a smooth, chocolaty finish.

This year's Sidama is a community lot from smallholder farmers in the Bensa district, grown at 1,800 to 1,960 meters. Their ripe cherries are dried whole on raised beds, sorted by hand for defects and shaded through the hottest part of the day so they dry slowly and evenly.
