More info about this coffee

There’s a reason why this coffee is always in our top sellers to cafes, bakeries, coffee house and people’s homes: Lima Café Coop. cups and selects the best cherry from their top member farms, 1-4 bags of production for most, to build their lots, and then pays a healthy quality premium over the regular Fair Trade price. Lima Cafe carefully pulps and dries the coffee in parchment on covered raised screens. Not only are all the lots certified Fair Trade and Organic, the shade canopies from a majority of the selected farms buffer the Santuario Nacional Tabaconas Namballe forest reserve located in northern Peru right on the Peru-Ecuador border.

Because better coffee shouldn’t come in smaller bags: you get 33% more of our award-winning, carbon-negative organic coffee in every 1 lb bag, with less packaging waste per ounce vs other companies 12 oz. bags.
