Made using a washed process and then patio-dried, this coffee showcases the expertise of Papua New Guinean producers, whose coffee cultivation, though representing only one percent of global production, supports millions of families. Arabica reaches remarkable quality here, shaped by volcanic soil and a temperate climate.
