HAWAÏ – KONA 100%

Grown on the sunny slopes of the Big Island, Kona coffee dates back to around 1820, making Hawaii the only U.S. state to produce coffee on a scale recognized around the world. The word Kona, meaning “sheltered from the wind,” evokes this protected growing region, with its temperate microclimate and rich contrasts.

On this volcanic land, the beans benefit from exceptional mineral density. Cultivation is entirely hand-picked and meticulously tended, with production kept small and strictly controlled. This coffee, among the rarest in the world, is also one of the fairest, thanks to a short, transparent supply chain.

From KPCC farm, which spans just 10 hectares, Kona is harvested between August and November at an altitude of 1700 meters, then washed and dried on raised beds. Every step is designed to bring out the singular character of this unique variety.

In the cup, Kona offers understated elegance: silky notes of hazelnut and cashew unfold with refined roundness, leaving a sense of purity and balance on the palate, true to the volcanic softness of Hawaii.
