Ottmar & Ottilie – Filterkaffee – stark – Gastrogebinde

My boldest filter coffee blend is called Ottmar & Ottilie and is a specialty made from three outstanding green coffees. The green coffee from Fazenda Santa Rita in Brazil consists of Yellow and Red Catuai varieties and grows at an elevation of 800 to 900 m in the southern Minas Gerais region. It provides a sweet, chocolatey body. The washed Robusta, which makes up 15%, comes from India from the Ekata cooperative and adds a pleasant spiciness. The remaining 35% comes from Villa Sofia coffee farm in Colombia, giving the coffee a touch of fruitiness and complexity. Anyone who enjoys bold filter coffee will find a new favorite here.
