This 100% Arabica from Brazil and Colombia tastes best as café crème from a superautomatic machine. As an espresso, it is rather mild, with delicate notes of cocoa and almonds.
Green coffee used:
Brazil – Capricornio Blend – honey – 60%
Colombia – La Roca Estate – washed – 40%
