Brown sugar sweetness leads the way, with gentle orange and peach notes, while passionfruit, strawberry soda and fresh pineapple add a tropical lift. Clean, smooth and wonderfully easygoing, just a coffee you want every day.

ABOUT THE COFFEE

Marlon Rojas is a third-generation coffee farmer at Tres Cielos in Pitalito, Huila. While he is a professional commercial pilot, he realized that the true potential was in Colombia, specifically on his family’s farm during one of his trips abroad. This discovery led him to dedicate himself to specialty coffee production.
This Bourbon Ají begins with 36 hours of controlled fermentation. The cherries are then depulped before a second 48 hour submerged fermentation under aerobic conditions. The coffee is then washed and dried, creating a clean cup with layered sweetness and bright acidity.
