This coffee comes in a custom 10oz can and will be roasted and shipped once a week. We will roast on Mondays until until we run out. 
- Geisha is a rare, award winning variety of coffee known for it's floral and bright, tea-like, profile. - Requires meticulous labor and special attention to soil conditions, microclimates and elevation (1600+ masl) - Geisha plants produce smaller yields due to the plant being more fragile than other varietals. It also matures slower than other varietals and due to it's specific environmental demands, the higher elevation comes with cooler temperatures and more environmental stresses that slows the fruit production. - This specific Geisha was processed using an 'anaerobic washed' method. This is a fermentation style without oxygen. The cherries undergo a 20 hour pre-fermentation before pulping. Then they are fermented for 210 hours in sealed, oxygen free, containers before drying. During the 210 hour fermentation, the grower introduced a blend of mosto, molasses and beer hops to enhance floral aromatics and fruity complexity.
