La Minita, Costa Rica

George has been working with La Minita and traveling to the farm since the late 1980s. Decades ago, La Minita implemented meticulous process methods including inspecting every bean by hand. Blemished beans were removed and only the highest quality lots made their way to us. This practice is still in use today and La Minita continues to live up to their reputation for producing the highest quality Costa Rican coffee.

This type of extreme care takes additional time and effort but the results speak for themselves. The cup offers a pure coffee flavor of exceptional clarity and finesse with traces of orange, milk chocolate, and clear maple syrup. La Minita is a great breakfast coffee and always a crowd favorite.
