We roast each microlot in small batches at our family-owned roastery in Gdańsk. We tailor the roast profile to each bean’s character to best bring out its natural sweetness, aroma, complexity, and flavor potential.

The Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) is an organization that developed the world’s most widely recognized system for evaluating specialty coffee quality. Coffees scoring 87 points or higher are among the exceptional beans, valued for their clean flavor, complex aroma, balance, and high-quality cultivation and processing.

This level of quality is found only in carefully selected specialty coffees from small production batches.
