Holiday Blend

Our beloved Holiday Blend is back, and to put it simply: it tastes like Christmas morning!

Warm and festive, it’s the sipper your holiday mornings have been waiting for.

Make your holiday season extra bright with award-winning Canadian specialty coffee. This year we built the blend around two community lots we’re really stoked on. The backbone is Colombia from our friends at the Madre Maria Association in Huila. We paired it with a community lot from Cutervo, Cajamarca, in northern Peru, grown way up at 1,900 metres. One sip at our staff tasting and the whole crew agreed: this was the one.

Madre Maria brings the sweetness and that buttery, clean Colombian base we love. The Peru adds caramel depth and ripe dark fruit. Up front you get rich chocolate truffle, with a creamy, milk-chocolate softness. Next comes a pop of candied cranberry. It finishes like a warm snickerdoodle, with cinnamon, ginger and sugar. Acidity is low, sweetness is high, and the body is silky and almost buttery. It’s basically a holiday sweater in a mug.

As always, this is 100% specialty coffee with no flavours added. Every one of those notes comes from these incredible coffees and the careful roasting process by our crew.

Limited quantities available. Our Holiday Blend is only available until December 31st, and once it’s gone, it goes back into the vault until next year.
