Leading the way for Goldilocks are the sweet and silky profiles of Baroida Estate from PNG and Inzá Onza from Colombia, complimenting perfectly the rich chocolatey base set by the Selo Azul from Brazil. 

You'll find a balanced cup with milk caramel, subtle orange notes and a smooth raspberry acidity. It has a velvety mouthfeel with a rich chocolate fudge finish.

Dose: 21g 
Brew weight: 42g
Brew Ratio: 1:2 
Brew time: 26 - 32 sec

This recipe was developed on a La Marzocco Linea using 20g baskets and should be taken as a starting point, not set in stone as different machines extract in different ways. Have fun experimenting.
