Description

Ethiopia Sidama (Natural) is an exceptional specialty coffee scoring 86.5 on the SCA scale. Sourced from the lush, fertile highlands of the Sidama region in the Great Rift Valley, this coffee is grown by local smallholders at high altitudes ranging between 1,500 and 2,200 MASL. In these high-elevation "coffee gardens," indigenous heirloom landraces ripen slowly under optimal canopy shade and rich soil, developing intensely concentrated sugars
This lot is meticulously handpicked and undergoes a traditional Natural Process, where the cherries are sun-dried whole on elevated African drying beds. This preservation of the fruit yields an incredibly complex cup. It features a rich Cocoa base flawlessly balanced by crisp Green Apple notes, striking Bright Acidity, elegant Floral aromatics, and sweet Hints of Cherries

Flavour Notes: Cocoa, Green Apple, Hints of Cherries, Floral, Bright Acidity
