Origin

This coffee comes from Brazil—one of the world’s most important coffee-producing countries. Gentle processing and careful selection result in an espresso with a rich structure and excellent consistency.

Flavor & Profile

Chocolate: Creamy and full-bodied—the first impression is warm and smooth, pleasantly filling the mouth.

Brazil nut: A nutty depth that gives the espresso character and brings roasted nuts to mind.

Honey: Delicate sweetness with natural lightness—not an overpowering syrup, but an elegant, crystalline sweetness.

Walnut: A subtle bitterness and hearty quality that gives the espresso structure and lingers in the finish.

The Roast

The Winter Espresso – Brazil in the Roaster

At our roastery, we work only with carefully selected coffees that are sourced sustainably and fairly. After all, without a healthy natural environment and satisfied farmers, there can be no good coffee for our customers and guests.

We gently roast all our coffees in our 15-kilo drum roaster at around 200 °C to create the best possible flavor experience for you. We draw on all our experience to find the perfect balance between the fruity nuances and wonderful aromas of the coffee cherry.

Only when we’re satisfied with the result does the coffee make its way into your hands and cups.
