Description
About the coffee Surrounded by the Farallones National Park and nestled in the Andes at 1,700–2,000 metres above sea level, Inmaculada is part of the Holguin Ramos family’s long-standing agricultural tradition, spanning more than 90 years. Their deep connection to the land is reflected in the coffees they produce — carefully cultivated with a focus on quality and expression.
This washed Geisha is elegant and refined, with hints of blood orange and honey leading into delicate notes of jasmine and white tea. Lovely on both espresso and filter.
