Description

This coffee was grown at Eldorado farm, managed by Laece França Faleiros, a producer and trader since the age of 12 who now has nearly a thousand hectares of coffee and one of the farms renowned for producing exceptionally fine lots. It is located in the southwestern region of Minas Gerais, in Ibiraci, a place known worldwide as Alta Mogiana Mineira. With a climate and altitude favorable to the production of highly specialty coffees, they work with the hope of taking the region's name even further through hard work alongside other producers. They always share their experiences, and all their efforts are geared toward raising scores for natural lots. A finalist for three consecutive years in regional and national competitions, the farm demonstrates that some of Brazil's best specialty coffees come from here.

The beans were dried using the natural process, which involves leaving the harvested coffee cherries on beds to dry and ferment in the sun. This process requires great care, since poor fermentation can ruin the beans and, consequently, their flavor.

Located in the state of Minas Gerais, which benefits from an average annual temperature of 22°C, this is one of Brazil's most productive areas. It produces 30% of the country's total output, most of it from small farms whose coffees have often been recognized and awarded.

Thanks to the medium roast, this coffee conveys chocolatey notes, with somewhat wine-like aromas and fruit that brings to mind red apple. On the palate, caramel takes center stage, with a creamy texture and medium body.

It is ideal for preparations with milk, such as Italian moka or espresso.
