3tre

The 3tre blend is the second house blend created by I Druper Coffee. Its name was chosen in honor of the 3 Tre, one of the world’s oldest alpine skiing competitions. Founded in 1949, its first edition took place in 1950 and originally consisted of three events held in three different locations in Trentino, one of them on Paganella, at the foot of which our business is located.
The idea was to create a classic product inspired by the deep-rooted tradition of Italian-style blends, but with an extra edge. Starting with a robusta of the highest quality, it was chosen to make up 30% of the blend, leaving the remaining 70% to arabica (natural and washed). This coffee is intended for a wide audience, especially those discovering artisanal, high-quality coffee for the first time.
Its aroma is sweet and nutty, with a hint of cocoa bean that also fills the surrounding area.
Its bold, pervasive flavor fills the palate with sweet, fruity notes. The 3tre blend has a balanced taste, ranging from honey-like sweetness and crunchy almonds to a touch of ripe-fruit acidity. Its notes are also classic: roasted nuts such as almonds and hazelnuts, and chocolate. Its acidity is light, balanced, and pleasant because it is not overpowering. The body is full yet velvety, creating a pleasant and satisfying sensation. The finish is persistent, leaving a cocoa note that lingers on the palate.
