The Exotic Lot returns. Yemen Haimi comes back to Refill Roastery as our newest Exotic Lot release, succeeding Yemen Haraz in the lineup. Grown by small holder farmers at 2100 masl in the Haima region, this Ja'adi variety is processed through natural anaerobic fermentation to unlock a cup of striking complexity — green apple and apricot up front, deepening into clove and raisin, with a full, syrupy body that lingers. Scoring 88.50, it's a coffee built for filter brewing and built to be savored slowly.
