Freshly harvested Kona and Kaʻū coffees make up 51% of the blend, joined by specialty-grade Bourbon coffees from Guatemala. Roasted medium, it’s layered and balanced however you brew.

Wai meli—Hawaiian for “honey water”—is a fitting name for this coffee, which is notable for its silky texture, nutty-sweet notes, and a delicate floral finish.

Created to share Hawaiʻi-grown coffees at an accessible price, Wai Meli Morning pairs hand-harvested Kona and Kaʻū coffees—together making up 51% of the blend—with specialty-grade Bourbon coffees from Guatemala, sourced through direct trade relationships.

Where some Kona blend coffees contain as little as 10% Kona, Hawaiʻi-grown coffees make up the majority of Wai Meli Morning. We roast Wai Meli Morning fresh in Hilo, Hawaiʻi, and stamp every bag with its roast date. Enjoy it as espresso or brew it in a French press or drip brewer, using water heated to 200–205°F.
