Once considered a curiosity, Excelsa is rapidly emerging as one of the most exciting frontiers in specialty coffee, captivating producers, processors and roasters with a flavour spectrum unlike anything else. This lot is produced through the South India Coffee Company (SICC) Community, a collaborative initiative that brings together growers across Coorg with a shared commitment to quality and experimentation. Cherries from multiple producers are processed at Mooleh Manay Estate using a structured, data-driven approach that highlights the unique potential of Excelsa while celebrating the diversity of Coorg’s terroir.
