Timberline is Peregrine’s flagship blend; a balanced, confident medium roast that we quite literally built our shop on. Smooth and approachable, yet layered and complex, it shines whether pulled as espresso or brewed as drip.
If you’ve ever enjoyed a latte or cortado at Peregrine, you’ve already met Timberline. While it serves as our full-time house espresso, it defies the idea that espresso blends are one-dimensional. Thoughtful sourcing and precise roasting give it depth, clarity, and versatility beyond the cup.
The Bottom Line: A carefully crafted blend of Brazilian coffees from multiple fazendas and El Salvador’s Finca El Colomba. Roasted medium to balance sweetness, body, and complexity; free from old-world heaviness, yet grounded in tradition. Approachable, expressive, and endlessly drinkable.
