Description
An expressive Geisha Natural from Finca Las Margaritas, this lot highlights Colombia’s innovative spirit and the mastery of Café Granja La Esperanza. This lot was carefully selected at peak ripeness, with cherries floated to ensure only the densest, highest-quality fruit were used. The cherries were then placed in open tanks for a 72-hour fermentation before being dried in mechanical dryers for 8 to 12 days at a consistent 38°C. After drying, the beans were stored in climate-controlled warehouses at 18–19°C to preserve their character and freshness.
Grown at high elevation and crafted with precision, it reveals azahar florals interwoven with tropical fruit vibrancy and the sweetness of ripe cherries. Smooth and aromatic, it offers both elegance and complexity in every sip.
